Dr Sumner change of surgery location

  I’m retiring from the NHS on 3 May 2011 and will be conducting my Aviation Medicals, for pilots and for ATCOs, from two new premises commencing 4 May 2011.

My first office will be in Building 110 at East Midlands Airport. The building is easy to find. From the airport main entrance, with the Thistle Hotel on your right, take the 3rd exit at the island onto Beverley Road. Almost immediately turn 1st left then bear slightly left when you should see Building 110 straight ahead. It is effectively behind the petrol station and beside arrivals. An alternative approach, if you are in the Arrivals end of the main terminal, is to follow the footpath to the left of the terminal building as you come out. It is less than a minute on foot. There is free parking in front of the building. Come in the front door and turn left.

When you get to building 110 there is a keypad. The code is 2110. Come in and take the corridor on the left to the last door on the left hand side.

My second office, for Saturday appointments only, is in the boardroom at Leicester Aero Club. If you are a member you will find this in the same building as the club offices, the first building on your left as you enter the car park. This service commences on 14 May.
